it's as difficult as it possibly can be by designits a computer adaptive test that starts out with a question that 50% of people get right and 50% wrong... you get it right, and you get a harder question... get it wrong and get an easier one.... then the cycle continues from question to question...it basically determines your score by seeing what level of difficulty question you end up with on the end of the test I took it... did well on math but not so well with the verbal part. but yeah... it's hard.. within a few questions it will be asking you questions on the verge or your IQ level.best advice.... practice practice practice..... get on of those books with a million questions and do them ALLthat way you'll prepare yourself for anything.. i have some books if youd like to borrow some.[Edited on August 28, 2006 at 9:11 PM. Do a search for GMAT ... this has been covered already several times and I'm sure there is a thread or two less than 90 days old out there.

ive also seen people drmatiacally increase their scoresits all about practicing.... figuring out where to take guesses, figuring out how to maximize your time to finish... figure out which questions are worth your time and which are not...had i really went through these books i have and not partied... i honestly believe i could have risen my score 70-100 pts.... you really just need to prepare
