I'm looking into options for a corporate message board. It's going to be for partners of my company and should be easy for them to use and allow anonymous posting. It also needs to have password protected forums where we can give a password and anyone with the password can access that forum.

We will be hosting it on our own servers.

Any ideas?

Just about any free message board software in existance. Try phpbb, it will do what you've listed.
