There is a place in Cary by the name of jade tortoise, or something similar. Just google Tai Chi in Cary and it should pop up.

^^^she took a class. i think that's the best way. it's easier to follow and better if you have questions and also more one on one help. i tried a video but couldn't do it. i took karate for years but when i tried a Tai Chi video I couldnt stick with it, just didnt seem as real as being in a class.
