The first item you quoted will not happen because I refuse to contribute more than $1.00 to the project. Also, how is that a threat? It's not illegal and it's not harmful.

The second quote isn't even remotely illegal. Again, how is that a threat?

The third quote is so ridiculous and implausible that you would be laughed out of court for construing it as a threat. In addition, the proposed harm is the loss of one wallet-sized photograph.
