give mods the ability to suspend users from individual sections, why not

yea i mean people are already "suspended" from old school that aren't "old" enough so it shouldn't be that hard to implement but i am probably wrong

if i were a study hall mod and i saw someone break the rules in another section i would not hesitate to suspend them
