I purchased http://www.primarycareofcary.com a few years ago and switched email addresses during the time it was meant to expire. Somebody else picked it up somehow when my contract ran out. Now they are using the doctor's name on that website and promoting the sale of medications. I have emailed them, called them, all to no response. Is there anything else I can do to get it back?

Questions:1) When did it run out?2) If they are using the name of a doctor illegally contact the hosting ISP immediately and give them the information of primarycare of cary to speak with the physician. 3) If it was an accidental lapse you get the domain backRegardless you can sue that person using that site but good lluck finding them. Contact the Hosting ISP NOW. EDIT: I checked the site and it's an automatically generated site from a domain squatter. Domain Name: PRIMARYCAREOFCARY.COM Registrar: NAMEKING.COM, INC. Whois Server: whois.nameking.com Referral URL: http://www.nameking.com Name Server: NS2.PROREDIRECT.COM Name Server: NS1.PROREDIRECT.COM Status: REGISTRAR-LOCK EPP Status: clientDeleteProhibited EPP Status: clientTransferProhibited EPP Status: clientUpdateProhibited Updated Date: 22-Jun-2006 Creation Date: 24-Sep-2005 Expiration Date: 24-Sep-2007If they took over in June you can get it back. It's called cybersquatting and it's illegal. If you aren't sure who to contact contact your OLD Domain Registrar and explain the situation.
