my little brother just turned 11 and wants to feel all cool and grown-up going to middle school, and he wants some cologne, but I don't want to get him like...Burberry Brit or anything...and I don't want him to smell like an old man either (they handed out old spice samples at his school).
Any ideas?

just get him some decent light body spray.

every guy goes WAY overboard on cologne, save him the bullshit. get the bodyspray so when he puts on ten gallons of it, it wont destroy the people around him

My first was Nautica in an aqua blue bottle shaped like a sail on a sailboat. Good stuff. For a while I could only get it at the Nautica outlets in Myrtle Beach.

One of my friends had CK1...which was a good light smell that was tough to overdo. I think he had a bottle of Drakkar too (his sisters kept buying him cologne).

I used the Armani Gio a lot throughout college. Also not a very strong scent...but still good stuff. Now I've got some Armani Black Code...which is pretty money. However, I'm not real big on wearing cologne anymore.

I'd tell you another one that's money and suitible for a young guy: Chrome

It's good for the teenage guy because it's not musky or woodsy, things which I equate with more masculine mature colognes. It's clean and hard to overdo.

well i first went with the tommy in the lotion form, that way i didnt put too much on because i didnt know at the time what was too much and i knew when i had too much lotion on.

then i went to curve, which smells good but isnt too strong
eventually moved to polo and now im at hollister

did di gio for awhile but it was WAYYYY too strong, alot like the OP Juice I had for about a week


best thing to do is go get those little samples and figure which u think smells best

curve really is a good one to start off with...the four that i rotate through right now are kenneth cole reaction, nautica voyage, hugo boss sport, and escada sentiment
