Is it me or is there a complete lack of shops that can do quality custom car fabrication work in the greater Raleigh area (or all of NC for that matter)? IE: installation of screens in headrests, doors, you know, that Pimp My Ride shit. I've had a couple of shops mentioned to me, but they seem really sketchy.

I think you might want to check local car forums (besides tww) for this one. A lot of people seem to do this sort of work together rather then go to a shop in the triangle.

dude I know several of the car audio guys at Circuit City on Glenwood. They do tv screens etc. all the time, if that's the kind of fabrication you're looking for.

That's not fabrication...that's NIGRIFICATION.Fabrication involves metal. Torches. Welders. Grinders. Plasma Cutters. Shears. Brakes. Notchers. Flangers. And an artistic touch. There's nothing artistic about video screens. Everything under the sun has video screens now. Hell, I bet yo mama pussy got a built-in DVD player.
