so to get a business minor, you have to complete the following classes:

Quote :
"The required courses to complete the minor are ACC 200, BUS 201 and 9
hours of 300-400 level BUS courses."

well i am a prt major, and to get your major in prt, you have to take a stats class...i have already taken bus 350(business stats)

i'm wondering does that cover 3 of the 9 hours at 300-400 level requirement for a business minor, and also count for the completion of my major

the reason i ask is that in PRT, i'm eventually gonna have to take BUS 370...so i'm wondering if the same class can count for 2 different requirements(in this case, counting as 3 of the 9 hours at 300-400 level classes to get my business minor, and also counting for my PRT degree)

thanks for any help

Unless the minor specifically excludes those courses, you can double-dip all you want. I used 3 of my CSC major courses in my cognitive science minor.

I took 21 hours my next-to-last semester at State, all core BUS courses, and made it. Didn't go out much at all, but did well, and it's a solid feeling to get all that over with in one fell swoop. Took 20 my final full semester and made do as well...just realize you ain't partying on weekdays and you're good. It's not nearly as bad as it sounds.
