I've been playing for about 7 years and am looking to buy an electric in the price range of about 400 to 600. I don't play in a band now, sadly, but I need something nice to appease my ears. I'm thinking of Les Paul, PRS, or Tele style.

I've been interested in learning about the lesser known brands. I've read some reviews on Agile's Les Paul's after reading something about them on the forum here. I was thinking of possibly one of those and then throwing in some nicer pups. Anyone have any input or suggestions?

I have had a Schecter C-1 Classic now for about 5 years and I am pretty pleased with it. I had an Ibanez before that but for some reason it didn't feel as good as the C-1. I think it's because the Ibanez had a flatter fret board. I would go to Guitar Center and just play a whole bunch of different kinds and see what you like.
