Depends on quality I guess, but Colonial Grand at Research Park is really nice, and it's a decent location for that address. The people there are cool. It's off of Ellis Rd in Durham, right outside RTP. However, it is kind of pricey. a 2Br/2BA with sunroom is $861/month. I don't know what kind of deal they have for 1BR, but it's probably best to go in on a larger place with someone regardless since apartment complexes charge practically the same amount for both.

How close does said person want to live to work? There are lots of nice places, but most of the places near southpoint/the park are pretty overpriced.
