Just got a new Samsung DVD-R120 and am hooking it up through my receiver. Will I have any issues with recording on a timer? And if I wanted to try and transfer a VHS to DVD through the same setup with my receiver, will the quality be awful, or close to the VHS?? Thanks in advance if anyone can tell me anything useful if thye've hooked up a recorder through a receiver.
