Straight, nothing but a buncha fork stabs and liberal amounts of salt and cracked black pepper. Throw in pan on high heat (or at least med-high), sear for 4 mins, flip, sear for 3 mins, take out, put on cutting board and carve into 1/4" slices.

I serve mine with a homemade hollandaise on the side. Make a grown man cry, I swear.

what's a london broil?

a cut of meat, or a specific way of cooking meat?

it's a cut of meat. it's cheap, so if you want a pound and a half of steak but only want to pay like six bucks you're good to go.

jesus christ. why don't you just throw away a hunk of meat

you should NEVER poke your steaks with a fork. do you know what that does? it basically is saying to the moisture in the meat "Here you go! a nice quick way OUT of the meat!!!"

and you need to marinate a london broil. it is a tough piece of meat.

unless you like your steak to have the texture of a dog chew.

YOU STUPID FUCK

Why don't you let me cook you a hunk of it, then, you dumb dicksmack? Sure, it's a tough piece of meat, but it needs no marinating IF YOU COOK IT RIGHT. And mine does NOT have the texture of a dog chew.

And it's juicy enough that you'll NEVER complain about it being dry and chewy, or even close to dry.
