my current living situation just fell through due to circumstances out of my control. i'm most likely looking for a 6 month lease. i'll consider a year lease. i consider myself the perfect roommate. i am clean, resectful, dont get in anyone's business, i like things low stress, i'm responsible, etc. i want the following things, so the more i can get the better:

-close to campus
-not college hamster housing (uhouse, uwoods, uvillage, preiss shit)
-able to sleep at night without parties and/or bass thumping
-reasonable rent
-cool, clean, respectful, drama-free roommate(s) that let me have my space when i get home
-dont mind if i play drums an hour a week or so in my room or in a garage/basement during the daytime. im extremely respectful in this regard and aware of how annoying drums are but it would be nice to have this as an added bonus.

if you can provide most or all of these things for me, let me know!

yes, you read correctly. there's nothing wrong with putting everything i want out there in hopes of getting most or all of it. i can play drums in my basement where i live now, and i literally spend 1-2 hours every week during the day when it's least annoying to neighbors. that's nothing to complain about. i never make noise late at night and i'm done with living in apartments where you have to knock on your neighbor's door every night to remind them how annoying bass is
