which service do you have?i was fairly certain you could only get the windows version with verizon - that's it was on release - everyone else got the palm version

windows.palm was a good operating system for devices that have 2mb of internal memory. The hardware has outgrown it to be honest.

No. I have a PPC-6700 and my buddy has the Treo 650. His Palm OS works a lot better than my Windows.

i have a ppc7600 too and i like itbut i haven't used a palm phone so i don't knowwindows ppc's aren't perfect but they're nice enough

I'll vouch for the 700 windows mobile if you want a longer term solution. The Palm 650's have a tendency to break for a variety of reasons ... usually memory management issues. Also, if you want any sort of third-party application support, you'll probably have better luck with the 700.

dunno about the phones, but the palm lifedrive i picked up has been very reliable for me, and it def has mreo memory than msot windows mobile devices.
