My roommate is selling both of these. The couch is in really great condition, about 4 years old. Very comfortable, no tears/stains, smoke free, pet free. It's mostly green, I'll take a picture and put up tonight. It has to be gone by 7:00 tomorrow night.

She's also selling a Queen size mattress/box spring, both in good condition. No tears or stains that I'm aware of. Has to be gone by Saturday!
