Goo Gone is the shit. Peanut butter works, too.

goo gone & peanut butter will result in a grease stain on the skirt

take it to a drycleaner

getting stains & other shit out is their middle name

otherwise ice is your best bet

freeze the gum with the ice cube then pick off

I've never had the peanut butter stain afterward. You just wash it off immediately- seriously, it works fine.

All other oily products will do the same- baby oil, WD-40, etc.

the air cans used to blow dust out of keyboards can be held upside down, the cold air it creates would probably freeze it...

cheap way : Ice

Cover it with peanut butter, then scrape it off with something pointy, like a nail file - works like a charm

just chew it for a bit and then spit it out...gum is much easier to spit out then to pick off or scrape off...so i suggest chewing that area of your skirt for about 2 minutes, videotaping it to show the effectiveness, and posting that videotape in this thread. it'll work

I had that stuff when I worked at JC Penney. It was more fun to spray on people, though.

Ingredients: Water, papertowel, iron
Instructions: If you get gum on your clothes (leaving gum in your pocket when you wash it, sitting in it on the bus or something) you just
need to dampen a papertowl and put it on the gummy spot (but be sure to take the particle of clothing off first). Then, iron the spot (with medium or low heat or whatever the clothing requires, but high heat isn't necessary) and with no steam. After you're done ironing, slowly peal the paper towel off the clothing. The gum should've transferred from the clothing to the paper towel, and then you can just throw the paper towel away. This works, and it's better than getting grease spots all over your clothes. Good luck!

canned air, turn the can upside down so it squirts the liquid out onto the gum, then just break it off!

Y'ar! Have ye tried a Baltic squid? It'll suck the bolts from a submarine's hull.
