I waited kinda late to find a place, but I am looking to sublease for next semester. Has to be within walking distance to NCSU, and you must be clean. I'm really trying to find a house off of Hillsborough.

Little about me...I am a junior in Mech E, work for GE (coop), and enjoy a decent time on the weekends, and remain semi-professional during the weeks.

Hi,
I just posted my condo for rent. University Woods is near the Centennial Campus. $285/month or pay 6 months at a time and I give a discount ($265 /month paid $1590 July 31 and again in Jan) We have maintained it really well. There is a washer and dryer and you have your on romm with walk-in closet and bath.
