anyone know of anyplace local that clearanced its leftover 4th of july fireworks packs? i used to buy tons of the sparklers dirt cheap but most of the local stores i hit had nothing left out on the morning of july 5th. I know i can drive to sc and get them year round, jsut was hoping not to make the drive again soon.

Also wondering if anyone knows a good thinner to use in disolving groud sparkler material to be recast as a larger block.

also, has anyone else had personal experiace with burning bundles of sparklers, with and without containment devices, and what if any advice do you have on said subject?

.. Well, considering the only injsury i have ever had form any type of pyrotechnic was singed hair, and that due to a fireworks morter misfire, i think i am doing pretty good so far. Sparklers, while tame compared to most things, can still be fun in large enough amounts, and are less likely to get people all upset about them going off. Now, if i still messed around with mortar arrays, i might cause some excitement.
