Here's the info:

Rent is $237 + utilities (usually $50-100). It's a nice duplex about a minute walk from the Belltower. 2 bdrm/1 bath, new kitchen, hardwood floors, walk up attic for storage, small front & back porch. I'm going to buy a washer and dryer soon.

No smoking in the house. Cats and small dogs are OK as long as they are completely housebroken. There's plenty of parking. The bedroom is 10x11 with a big shared bathroom. Move in date is August 7th and you'd only have to pay half of the rent for the month.

I'm looking for a guy or girl who's honest, clean, and friendly. It's my last semester of college, so I'm going to be focused on my schoolwork and applying to law school, but I'll be partying a good bit as well.
