I have a 1 bedroom with a private bathroom available immediately. I'm moving to charlotte to go to school and need to lease my apartment ASAP. Utitilies are not included. The room is a decent size, as I have a queen size bed, a desk a dresser and a whole buch of other stuff in it. There is also a walk-in closet if you need more storage space. The apartment is in a nice neighborhood and neighbors are friendly. Located on gorman street near western blvd. its close to NCSU/Peace/Shaw/Wake Tech, Banks, Food lion, K-mart, Harris Teeter and many fast food places. Male or female, it doesnt matter I just need someone to move in yesterday. Great living arrangement about 5 minutes from NCSU campus and on the wolfline. You won't find a better deal.
