I need very little5gb is more than sufficient for nowthroughput isn't a big deal 25gb/month is way more than enougha few email forwards (10-20 would be good)uptime is criticalsecure (I'd prefer it hosted on *nix with jails and iptables since I know I'm not getting a full machine)eventually jsp and mysql supportssh would be niceand of course as cheap as possible.

arias webhosting 16:26:59 up 106 days, 3:38, 2 users, load average: 0.26, 0.29, 0.46respectable..but people give too much credit to uptime, extremely high uptime implies old unpatched kernel

I like dreamhost and 1and1.... If you want 97 bucks off dreamhost, just search or ask me for the promo code. I dont actually make anything on it.1and1 has good deals, but no promo codes unless I am mistaken. Either way, they are both worth the price they charge.I use 1and1 for my domain management, and then dreamhost for my mySQL and php apps.
