Look at the garage for instance... there are a million questions on there a day about how to fix this or that, as well as with tech talk. Any number of those may be answered on google. People who make posts about what type of food to eat at a restaurant could easily check reviews. fact of the matter is, some people like to receive help from others rather than the "automated banker" so to speak.

I understand the main complaint here but I think most people seem to forget about one of the main purposes of sites like this... it's a free for all, relaxed environment for people to exchange ideas, information, etc. and for a lot of us, this is a pretty "local" site. Granted not everyone on here is in the Raleigh-area I would say a majority have some experience with it, I mean hell, they must have some past/present affiliation with NCSU if they're interested enough to join. If you don't like a topic, big deal. Don't read it OR even better, don't be so douchebaggy as to post ridiculously useless responses. (All of this IMHO only though)
