After 11pm, they would raise the gates on the Dan Allen pay lot. If you leave your car there overnight, it's a $10 ticket ... if you leave right at 11pm, they didn't care. I did this most of my senior year if I knew was going to be on campus for a long period of time. Not sure if this is still the case.

(And Centennial Campus still has free parking).

I haven't seen any of the parking people around recently, so i'd assume just wherever you can park is good...

you can get a coliseum pass for like $20-something for the rest of the summer (at least thats what i paid last summer) or you can park in there anyways and just hope not to get a ticket. Theres so many other ppl on campus w/o permits (like for orientations and stuff) that i dont know how they differentiate... i parked illegally twice in the past few weeks and didnt' get a warning or ticket... just take yoru chances i guess

If you're on campus later than 5, park in the bottom of the Reynolds deck and you'll be fine. During events the deck is all free parking, such as when high school graduations were going on.

guests (at orientations and whatnot) have to get guest permits to park on campus.

i've gotten a ticket in the summer before. they definitely ticket then. of course this was a couple years ago.

I parked in the Sullivan lot all summer one year. I was always the only car in the entire lot.

You can also park in Pullen Park, it's not like anyone else uses it.

you just haven't been looking at the right time. I see the parking people checking permits in the lot next to Reynolds almost everyday. And have seen them writing several tickets.

the dan allen pay deck gate doesn't close. no one ever pays, which is why there is a 10 car wait normally to get a spot there

the gates are closed, but they go up as soon as a car approaches it, unless its full, but if you have an 8 am class, then you should really park there, no waiting. around 9:30 there may be a couple of cars waiting, but thats about it.

The Student Health Center lot is open after 5pm as well (for anyone that is frustrated by the newer ones that aren't until 7 or 11pm).
