2 br's are about 13x13 and 2 are about 11x11. All are set up really well though with plenty of room for a bed, desk, and dresser...at least that is what past tenants have told me

there are just 3 of us, so we really don't need a 4 BR place (although the extra room would be nice)

but we'd be looking at $1300 rent + $300 utilities

that's a pretty penny for each of us per month
