Refchick, The house is located in a cul de sac at the end of Brent Road (away from all the ruckus) called Bearskin Ct. If you would like to see the house I am sure we can arrange that. I can also send you some pictures of the house and the room that is available. The utilities I think would run between $50-70 and that is purely a guess. I could try to contact the girls who are living there now and ask them for a more accurate estimate. Willing to work with you as much as I can! thanks!!
