I never attack a person's character unless they have provoked me by doing so, or have repeatedly shown themselves to be what I accuse.

I have not, to my knowledge, ever used an expletive in a subject. I have however tried to reduce my profanity in posts in recent days.

Most of my responses are to correct the mistakes of others in answering a thread with a direct question, so yes the user posting it wants to read it, and deserves the truth.

I've never said I know more than anyone on here about any one thing. I happen to know a little bit about a lot of things. You were trying to overcharge for a laptop. I (and others) pointed out the actual value was considerably lower. If this forum had classified rules against flaming I wouldn't do it, but it doesn't, so I feel obligated to make sure people know they aren't getting a good deal.

I've posted FAR more classified ads than you have, and in each one I welcome people to find a lower price than what I am offering.

I talk about it from the point of view of someone (myself) who hasn't had problems drawing the line between recreational use and addiction. In the instance you are talking about, I wanted to express the opinion and stance that people CAN use drugs responsibly and to their benefit, it's not always a horror show slide into serious chemical or physical addiction.

I'm definitely not correct all the time, and I have owned up in those situations (the flight example is a good one for that), but if I were without fault, I wouldn't be here on earth would I?

^Yes ethics. There are quite a few people here who openly admit to, brag about, ask for advice on or otherwise display their illegal acts. And beyond that, the vast amount of unethical behavior, whether it's cheating other people or companies, attempts to defraud, and other shitheaded things that people apparently do all the time without a second thought.
