I am looking for two roomates to join my brother an I in our 4bed/4bath Lake Park condo. We would prefer male roomates, but will not turn down any inquires. Rent is $275/month per person and leasing is done on an individual basis. A deposit of $275 is required upon signing the lease. Your lease can start on Aug. 1st and go through anytime after Dec. 31st, 2006. You will also be expected to pay 1/4 of the utilities (including water, power, cable, internet) which averages out to about $50/month.

The apartment's common areas are fully furnished (kitchen, washer/dryer, living room), you would just need to fill your room. The rooms are appx. 11'x10' with their own walk-in closet and bathroom.

no pets or smoking is allowed inside
