http://www.deadspin.com/sports/baseball/so-weve-got-some-affidavit-names-179400.phpI did some research and they have a good track record (broke Lawton last year and the guy who runs the site seems to be an old Sporting News writer)..Note: I'm not accusing Pujols and neither is this article but it raised an eyebrow..[Edited on June 8, 2006 at 6:31 PM. was bonds' personal trainer working with anyone else?guilt by association doesn't neccesarily mean anythingalthough
6/8/2006 6:35:14 PM
Does anyone really care about amphetamine usage though? That has been going on since like the 20's...If Pujols used HGH I'm gonna be then [Edited on June 8, 2006 at 6:37 PM. Reason : zx]

Pujols, along with every pitcher in the league, is on HGH.Did you seriously think he was that much more gifted at hitting the long ball than everyone else in the league?[Edited on June 8, 2006 at 7:29 PM. Reason : I think he's on IGF-1 also, but that's just an assumpion based on the way his skin looks]
6/8/2006 7:28:12 PM
Yes, I did think he was better at hitting the long ball then everyone else. Now, I'm not so sure..Honestly, I could care less. If it was easy to hit homeruns every juicer in the world would be smacking 'em out. Baseball is more a game of skill then strength and it always has been.. That's why I don't kill Bonds and I won't kill Pujols if this is true.. People have been 'cheating' at sports since they started playing them.. I don't idolize players, I don't think of them as role models, and I don't hang their pictures on my wall. I watch and enjoy the game.. It doesn't bother me one bit if these guys want to fuck up their body for 5 more HRs a year.[Edited on June 8, 2006 at 7:38 PM. Reason : x]

I'm just enjoying seeing this because everyone that talks straight shit about Bonds always points to Pujols as some sort of saviour to the sport. It's not necessarily strength that these guys are looking for; it's speed. if they can swing the bat faster, then they can take longer to get a good read on the ball and make their decision. it also allows them to hit balls like a ground ball and have them sail out of the park. When Mark McGwire hit his 63rd homerun, that ball never seemed to get more than 20 feet off the ground. I kept expecting it to drop out in left field, but it didnt.

HGH makes your vision better
6/8/2006 9:39:15 PM
that too, along with jacking up your energy levels in a manner similar to stimulants.[Edited on June 8, 2006 at 9:41 PM. Reason : you can run it indefinitely too, unlike steroids.]

I don't know the process, just the stated results. Most HGH peddlers cite improved vision as one of it's benefits. And it's possible to have better than 20/20 vision.
6/8/2006 10:47:08 PM
yeahif you have LASER VISION
6/8/2006 11:03:21 PM
they're not even completely sure by what actions HGH increases skeletal muscle growth. they just know that it does. They suspect that it works through secondary actions in increasing IGF-1 and MGF-1 in the body.it is a well known fact that HGH increases vision and reverses some of the aging process.

someone hook me up with some HGHmy visions is god awful

The question is whether or not 'roids are this deep into the other sports. If they are, will those other sports' players wise up and get off of them before people stop talking about it as a baseball-only problem.(Lance Armstrong, for example, is totally on the 'roids. They made his balls shrink so much he only has one left.)
6/9/2006 9:53:55 AM
^ sigh
6/9/2006 10:01:51 AM
Is the sigh for the shitty Lance Armstrong joke or for my question in general? It seems to me that no one is wondering if NFL-guy is juiced or not. If NFL-guy is juiced, that gives him time to get it out of his system before the sports media gets bored with the witch hunt in baseball.
6/9/2006 10:05:47 AM
^^i think he was being sarcasticonly the dullest mouth-breathing knuckle dragger wouldn't know why Lance only has one ball left[Edited on June 9, 2006 at 11:05 AM. Reason : clarity]

i will be very sad if pujo is on hgh

only the most naive wouldn't question why a man his age had testicular cancer. you also have to keep in mind that steroids are prescribed to testicular cancer patients as treatment.if you want to see evidence of steroids in places you wouldn't expect them, then search for reports in professional bullriding and motocross.and for other high profile athletes, look at the LA Lakers. they were pushing weight training on their athletes 30 years ago, when everyone thought it would be detrimental to basketball players. you can also look at Magic Johnson still being alive. when he contracted HIV, no one knew how to prevent the muscle wasting from it. Now the current treatment is steroids combined with HGH.
6/9/2006 12:47:24 PM
is that why he's so big now? i just thought he ate a lot
6/9/2006 12:52:27 PM
^^^^Seriously. I thought you were supposed to lose weight when you get HIV.
6/9/2006 2:18:21 PM
They prescribe marinol (synthetic THC pills) to people with AIDS in order to induce an appetite. But Magic has had the benefit of protease inhibiting coctails which have prevented the onset of AIDS.
6/9/2006 10:25:18 PM
those inhibiting cocktails don't work after a year or two. the only thing keeping him going is massive amounts of steroids and growth peptides combined with a rediculous workout schedule. the man lifts weights, runs, and plays pickup games for nearly 8 hours a day.
