6/7/2006 6:08:22 PM
Will Pennigton be 100% this year? Otherwise, Cotch don't stand much of a chance.
6/7/2006 6:11:48 PM
Fiedler would somewhat be able to handle things if he had to, despite having elephant ears.

6/8/2006 12:14:34 PM
^You may have been joking but next to the obvious choice Tennessee then maybe Florida/FSU/USC, we may be one of the better schools.Haywood Jeffires, Alvis Whitted, Torry Holt, Koren Robinson, and Jerricho Cotchery. That's not too bad.[Edited on June 8, 2006 at 12:23 PM. Reason : .]
6/8/2006 12:23:41 PM
obvious choice tennessee?try osu
6/9/2006 1:35:31 AM
J co is going to be one of those reciever that will go unnoticed for a while in the league, he'll probably switch a couple of teams, then he'll get his praise that he is worthy of. I just don't think the jets fully realize what they have in this guy.

7/31/2006 6:34:56 PM
its so good to see JCo getting props without rivers by his side. we always knew he was a bad ass receiver but everyone else always linked his success to p-riv

http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=jm-injuries081406&prov=yhoo&type=lgnsHave to scroll down, but this is what it says...The Jets tried to trade for Cleveland Browns backup running back Lee Suggs, but he failed his physical. Without many attractive potential every-down backs on the market, New York might have to raise the ante with a third- or fourth-round choice plus someone like defensive back Derrick Strait, linebacker Victor Hobson or former starting wide receiver Justin McCareins, who has slipped behind second-year pro Jerricho Cotchery on the team's latest depth chart. Cotchery is a better down-field blocker and has taken advantage of every chance he has been given to impress the team's new coaching staff, which has put him in prime position to be a starter in Week 1.

Oh hell yes. Excellent pick up ^ ncWolfsuI think if he stays within the NYJ organization, over the next 2 years he'll not only be a starter, but potentially one of the stars of the NFL.
