when i scratch their backs?

they start biting their front left paw like they have a flea or something

they dont have fleas

and this just started a few months ago

Do they do it if you scratch right in front of their tail?

I've had quite a few cats that do that...

my bulldog bites her tail/stub a lot. it's really weird, she doesn't have any parasites or anything, she's just..weird. and she always licks her paws very delicately.
