the only utilities it includes are the cable and water, but you do get a discount on electric from CP&L and my electric was always under $100 per month.

pets are negotiable...it depends on the pet and how well housebroke they are. usually for cats and dogs I ask for a $75 fee to go toward carpet cleaning stain removal at the end of the lease.
