Well depending on what theyre used for...

there are small pocket sized ones at HazMat on franklin st...

If you need something +/-0.0002 oz accurate then you can go to Hill's Sporting Goods and pick up a balance used for reloading ammunition...

yea, i guess i should be pretty discrete about weighing all those bike parts

a guy could really get in some serious shit if anyone found out about that

You know, it'd probably help a lot if you said what range/precision you needed as well as the capacity.

You could try a food scale or fishing scale from Walmart.

if that store Kitsch is still open (it's on Hillsborough St, by Gelato Cafe and Amore's), they sold scales. Curious Goods, on Hillsborough down past East Village. Also, Buddha's Belly used to.
