Just start randomly deleting the applications in that list until stuff starts working again.

hijackthis.dego there and enter that log in then delete the stuff that says nasty

before digging thru this, its usually easier to disable system restore, boot to safe and run 3-4 scanners (adaware, windows defender, spybot etc). If that doesn't take care of it then it makes sense to spend time with things like this.

backup and reformat.... it takes less time and your computer will run better when you're done

damn...i assume you've looked thru your msconfig list and unchecked nearly everything and looked over your installed program list and uninstalled everything you dont use or looks suspect.
