So...if one were planning to ship said dry ice via UPS or FedEx...where would one obtain a suitable package?
5/31/2006 4:01:05 PM
it will melt
5/31/2006 4:05:10 PM
lol
5/31/2006 4:06:20 PM
^^aw damnit? Really? Someone told me that shit sublimates and doesn't melt. Damn.
5/31/2006 4:22:01 PM
it will sublimate and not melt if that makes you feel any better...i don't know where to get packaging that will help keep whatever you are trying to send cold, but I do know that I get shipments that have dry ice in them from time to time, so it is possible to do it
5/31/2006 5:44:37 PM
well i'm looking for something like a box with some insulated liner...or a very small styrofoam cooler that would fit in another box. Maybe like one of those 6 pack coolers they have at gas stations...?
5/31/2006 5:56:45 PM
There's the Dry Ice hut, thats on 3rd. There's Dry-Ice-R-Us, thats on 3rd too. You know Dry Ice Emporium? Thats on 3rd. Matter of fact, they're all in the same complex. It's the dry ice complex on 3rd.

Go to FedEx or UPS. They can help you with a container suitable for shipping something on dry ice.
