It's $395 for the month of July, and $425 a month afterwards - utilities included. Apartment is a 4-bedroom, fully furnished: bedroom has a mattress and frame, desk with a shelf and chair, lamp, ceiling fan, dresser and end table. Private bathroom included. Living room area has a sofa, love seat, armchair, coffee table and end table with a lamp, and the dining area has a table and 4 chairs. Also, a free bus runs during all school semesters, to and from campus. Check out the URL in the original post for other community ammenities.

If anyone else is interested please let me know. I forgot to mention that there is a washer/dryer inlcuded and on the first floor. My room's window also has a great view of the pool, and all the courts (tennis, basketball, and volleyball) so you can watch the topless guys play sports.

Also, rent starting in August *may* be cheaper, I renewed the lease a long time ago before the rates actually changed but just to make sure I listed the new rate. Another note is that I can move out a little earlier if needed, around the week of June 24th.

UPDATE: I just confirmed that the rate I had signed up for is $394/mo. which is cheaper than the current rates Room is still open.
