I would like to sublease my room in University House Apartments off Tryon Road. I live in a four bedroom with three other roomates.

Our rent is $360 per person/per month and includes highspeed internet and cable. I am willing to rent out my room for $400.00 for both months (june and july). Renter would be responsible for their portion of the utilities (water and electric) which never runs more than about $35 per month.

My roomates are all girls, seniors at NC State, and very nice. I am moving into my new apartment early and would like to get anything I can for this room for the two months I will not be living there.

i really need a place to stay - i'm a lowkey male so i understand if your roommates aren't cool with that but just let me know...i need to move in on the 30th also

im interested...i need a place to stay from june 1 to the end of july so that would be great for me. Im a female student (sophomore) and i would definitley like some more information on it. thanks
