I am looking for a 2br apartment or house to lease in mid to end July. We are looking to spend $600 rent only or around $800 including utilites. A washer and dryer would be awesome but not a deal breaker. Anyone gonna be moving out around then?

PM me with details of what you're looking for. I have a condo I'm not using much, and may be willing to rent. How long would you want to stay, etc. Is it just you, any pets, so on. I would do $800 all util's included, except cable. It's a fairly upscale condo in Cary.
