So if I've taken every class at state for the last 3 years and I only need 12 hours. Can I take 2 classes during SS1, 1 class at SS2 and a class at Wake Tech? I'm having a schedule conflict with fls 202. I have almost a hundred and something hours at NCSU.

You can if you really want to. Make sure the Wake Tech course transfers over before going this route. Also run it by your advisor before attempting it. Not all SS courses are equal in difficulty.
