Ok so I'm not sure what the title of the thread should be. And hell if I know if I can explain it properly so here goes..I am running a shoutcast station on my Slackware box, the station consists of my am/fm stereo receiver connected to my PC through the Line In on my PC. It works fine as is, the only problem is I am forced to listen to the station its on. Is there an program available that will read the input from the line in and have a interface so I can change the station if I am listening to it remotely?I have seen products like the Shark but I really don't want to go buy any extra hardware unless it's the last resort. Plus Ive seen bad reviews on it.Is this even possible? I swear I saw some software about a year or so ago that would do this but now I can't seem to find anything.[Edited on May 11, 2006 at 4:23 PM. What makes you think you could change the station with your setup? The line in will only give you audio, not audio and control capabilities. Why not just get a tuner card capable of doing FM?[Edited on May 11, 2006 at 4:07 PM. Reason : ...]

Because I thought I had seen it somewhere last year when I was messing with it. And the main reason I want it is for AM... I haven't seen any good PC cards that had AM on it...If anyone knows of an internal PC card with AM/FM on it I'd take that.. Then again I might just have to settle for that Shark thing.
