Any suggestions for a taskbar that isn't showing anything? Virus, setting, any ideas? There are windows open, but the taskbar doesn't show them.

reboot computer

or this might possibly work...

CTRL+ALT+DEL -> Task Manager -> kill the "explorer.exe" process
then click on File -> New Task -> run "explorer.exe" and it'll redo the taskbar
