I have a summer subleaser from June-August but I need a new roommate coming next August around the 5th. I live in a two bedroom townhouse with 2.5 baths, unused third floor for storage, plenty of visitor parking, and pets are allowed. Rent is $700 total so $350 each plus 1/2 of the utilities. I prefer female roommates. I also have the place furnished except for one couch and the renters bedroom stuff of course. Quiet neighborhood with a nice park about 1/4 mile away.
