Hey,

I'm Nick, a 23 year-old MBA student from NC State who is going to be graduate next week. I'm going to be in Raleigh to look for a job over the summer. I do not have any car and I am looking for a place located near the campus (walking distance from the campus).

I will be interested in subleasing a room. I am also looking for quite and clean roomates.

I have a room at college inn that is within walking distance to campus and is 480 a month and is 4 bedroom 2 bathroom
