I have a 95 nissan altima and the ecm allows me to ger the codes off of it, I just need alist as to what they mean.. I used to have a shop manual on this car but in the move it disapeared.let me know what ya got

yeah it has alittle knob that when activated it will blink out the code, hmm wonder if the dealer will tell me ,, trying to get out of rebuying my shop manual

1995 altima is ODBII equipped, so that would be easiest.If you're determined to use MIL, here are the codes:http://www.troublecodes.net/Nissan/95ams96-00.shtmlHowever, I've only used MIL on the simple 2 digit 300ZX codes. 95 was when companies could switch over. 96 is when they had to switch over.

You could find an FSM at some online forums most likely, and I'm guessing FSM would tell you how to pull codes.
