i already said that. btw, that reverse was badass (i just saw it). we were taught about 4 different counters, but nothing to do with a backflip. there was one we learned where you roll forward and through the pipe, which would kinda be the opposite of what kolat did.

i played lacrosse, soccer, football, baseball and to me peronally wrestling throughout my life and all (but baseball) up through HS and wrestling required the most endurance and coordination out of any of them. by a long shot.

not everyone has to starve themselves as well. i wrestled for almost 12 years and besides a few specific tourny's in HS did i ever watch my weight extremely close.

I am not going to sit here and bash basketball or football however, because I still like them because i love sports. However youre posts have been ignorant enough to warrant a response.

I know there are some guys on here that played both football and wrestled and if their wrestling program was worth a damn id be shocked if any of them said wrestling was easier than football.

Northwestern Pennsylvania wrestling sucks. All the good wrestles lived in Central PA or Eastern PA. Far more state champions from everywhere except for northwestern PA. At least where I lived you played football, wrestled, and played baseball. A lot of the good wrestlers may not have played other sports because they focused solely on wrestling because that would get them the farthest.

Seriously though, Northwestern PA wrestling is for tards.


Also that backflip isn't taught by a coach with a brain because it is the stupidest move out there. Kolat was lucky he didn't get taken down as a result of that. Sure he is a good wrestler, but he was being cocky for no reason. And dan gable can suck on Ben Peterson's dick. Sure Gable is a good wrestler and a great coach, but Ben Peterson was far better.
