Anyone still need a room for the summer? I have a room in a 3-bedroom apartment at Wolf Creek that I won't be living in all summer. Two other guys live in the other two rooms. The guy I had subleasing my room ended up having to go elsewhere for a job this summer and so I'm stuck. The rent is $410 (all included), but that is very negotiable due to the late notice and my need to find someone.

Ok, so here's the deal folks. I cant take this lease but I told him I could so I am now obligated to help him find someone.

Rent is $310 all utilities included and for those of you who know how much Wolf Creek usually goes for this is FAR below the usual cost, even for a subleasing deal.

Pool, basketball court, computer lab, great parking. I've met the guy you would stay with and everyone here is chill and easy to get along with.
