1 Bedroom at Ivy Commons. In good shape, I've taken pretty good care of things in the 2+ years I've been here. Ill be getting married next May and would like to get out in 6 months, but they will only do me a 12 month lease. They told me I would be fine however, if I found someone to take over the lease

Its 450 a month, not too bad considering.
