i feel stupid for not being able to solve this annoyance
but every time i restart my computer
windows xp loads up with the language bar in my bottom task bar and with msn messenger and im getting sick of closing both of them every time i start my computer!

how do i get rid of these problems??

For the messenger just go to
Start>Run> type 'msconfig'
go to the "start up" tab
and uncheck "MsnMsgr" and "msmgs" or whichever is there.
