What's the best free defragmentation tool out there?

I have always liked O&O Defrag the best. It is fast, it can do multiple drives at once, and it is not a resource hog.

the one i got from torrentspy wasnt free but came with some crack thing

i think it was called diskkeep or diskkeeper or something like that
