k, so my drunk ass was sitting around last night talkin to my cuz, playing with my beretta (No bullets ever come home from the range...) and I managed to close the slide on my fucking hand

haha, he had to open it back up for me, it was hanging off my hand, pretty funny.

Question: Do i need to have this looked at? Gun stays clean, but this shit is kinda

If you haven't already, you should definitely sterilize the wound. I don't know how to clean a gun, but I doubt it is clean enough to be considered sterile, so your hand could still get infected. Other than that, just keep a bandaid and some Neosporin on it and it'll be all good.

Oh yeah, and stop fucking with guns while you're drunk. Problem solved.

Looks nasty but I don't think it's anything to spend $$ to go to the doctor, unless of course it gets infected. I'd go with everyone else and say use the antibacterial stuff and well... don't close a gun on your hand next time. I'm sure that hurt like hell

Lead residue is all over a gun. You should absolutely clean it properly or have a doctor do so to avoid lead poisoning.

Yea that sucks though. I learned this lesson the hard way as well and that's why my current pistol has a big ass dovetail under the slide.
